Hi All:
A coworker of mine (a very nice female stockbroker) has a bedroom open in her apartment. It’s a very large apartment located at 105th and 2nd in Manhattan.
The lease would start asap.
The rent is $850.00 a month including cable and maid service twice a month. Utilities are not included.
The bedroom available is already furnished with a twin bed, very large armoire, tv, stereo and A/C.
No pets and no smoking.
