Posted: 11/5/08 at 6:40pmNot completely decriminalized, but now it's only a $100 fine for possession of an ounce or less. I think it's a great change, since before, possession charges stayed on one's permanent record, and prevented them from getting jobs, loans, etc. Everyone makes mistakes, and subsequently learns from those mistakes, so this is a better way of dealing with them.

That's a step in the right direction. I know people in Massachusetts who have been growing marijuana on their land for years.
Dog racing is very inhumane. Another step in the right direction.
