In the UK check out (j no particular order):
Mountview Academy
Guildford Conservatoire
Central School of Speech and Drama
Royal Academy of Music
All in London apart from Guildford (which is about an hour on the train from London).
Royal Scottish Academy of Music also do one.

i_love_megan, none of those you've listed offer a Masters in Musical Theatre. Steinhardt's program at NYU is a MA in Vocal Performance. Others which offer a graduate program in MT are:
Arizona State University (MM)
Boston Conservatory (MM)
Oklahoma City University (MM)
San Diego State University (MFA)
University of Central Florida (MFA)
University of Montana (MM)
University of Nevada, Las Vegas (MFA)
There are actually very few graduate programs in MT. The MFA in MT is considered a terminal degree and is usually sought by those who are interested in teaching MT.

MM - Master of Music
MFA - Master of Fine Arts
The courses, focus, and type of degree are different.
