Posted: 10/28/05 at 11:04pmdid anyone else watch this on showtime? I thought it was awesome! I guess it's a supposed to be a series or something directed by different horror directors. The story was pretty crazy insane.

I posted a topic about it earlier, but no one seemed very interested. I don't get Showtime right now, but I'm considering ordering it just to see this.

Posted: 10/29/05 at 11:30pmI just saw the first episode. It was a little obvious and convenient in places, but still pretty decent.

Posted: 10/30/05 at 12:20amYeah and I also thought the killer had kind of a lame death, I was like that's it? He just falls and dies? But oh well, that eye removing machine thing was pretty cool though haha and that last shot of her husband with the holes through his head was awesome

Posted: 11/11/05 at 8:22pmI'm going to watch both last weeks and tonights episode this evening. I'll tell you what I thought afterwards.

Posted: 11/12/05 at 10:33amI watched the first episode. I didn't like it at all. It was more gross and silly than actually scary. I'm hoping the second will be better.

Posted: 12/22/05 at 12:30pmAnyone been watching lately? I thought the Deer Woman episode was kind of fun, but Cigarette Burns didn't do much for me.

Posted: 12/22/05 at 12:46pmI was really looking forward to this series, because I'm a HUGE horror buff, but I was disappointed overall. As horror films, they...well, they suck. I still watch every week, though. Not for the "scare factor" (which isn't there), but because for some reason, they're fun to watch. This last one, the one about the movie? I forget the name of it, but dang. DANG. It made me feel kinda whoozy (which is hard to do), so I didn't like it so much, heh. The very first episode, I thought, was the best. It actually felt like a horror film. Annnnd Dance of the Dead. HOT leading characters and Robert Englund! Good show.

I just started work today on the "Masters of Horror" set (season 2 - I'm alternating between this and "Kyle XY"), and a few cool things happened.
I had a dream last night that this episode would be based on The Rocky Horror Picture Show. No reason at all, I suppose subconsciously I made a connection between two shows with "Horror" in the title and I was thinking about Cold Case's RHPS-based episode. Totally random.
This morning I hadn't gotten a call sheet yet, had no idea who was on set today and I'm noshing on breakfast. Who comes up behind me to start a conversation on the maple pecan scones?
Meat Loaf.
I was raised on "Bat Out Of Hell", so, "I Would Do Anything For Love" has been running in my head all day.
Second especially cool thing - getting to be the ADPA and having the privilege of watching Dario Argento at work. Brilliant on so many levels. The crew adores him.
Sorry to bump a dead thread, but my Meat Loaf coincidence (we're supposed to call him "Meat"...go figure) and watching Dario Argento had me giddy.
"Good luck returning my ass!" - Wilhemina Slater
