So many of us here own pets I thought I'd pass this along.

Apparently several brands of Diamond pet food can cause salmonella in humans. The article isn't really clear about whether or not it affects animals and when I hit the links to Diamond all I got was a server error.

Anyhoo, here's the original article.

(In case you're wondering, humans can get this from handling pets who have eaten the tainted food. It doesn't mean that they actually ate it themselves. Although I'm sure some did that too)
