Posted: 4/22/10 at 5:01pmThis is nothing new. There was a big blow up when the movie first came out in theatres. It seems in a scene with a kitten riding a log down a raging river. 6-8 kittens were used. only 2 of them lived to meow about it.

Posted: 4/23/10 at 2:58pmIf I remember correctly, it was a couple Americans working on the production who quit after seeing the cruelty during filing who came back home and broke the story. It really hurt the movie's box office when it was released here.
