Mitch Leigh presents...EPCOT!

Good for Mitch Leigh for currently planning a green-city devoted to arts, leisure and culture in New Jersey. The whole thing does remind me of Disney's original plan for EPCOT, though, minus the monorail.

Any thoughts? It's a pleasant, unlikely "dream", but who knows?
