Monologue age range

I'm getting ready for an audition and I'm not sure about the monologue I found. I'm 21 and the character in the monologue is supposed to be in her 30s. Should I do something closer to my age?

it's all how you can present the character. I'm 16, and I've audiotioned playing women in their 40's. As longa syour delivery is strong it shouldn't matter. And 20's and 30's isn't that huge of a difference anyway.
