I'm having issues with trying to find a light-ish, funny, monologue. I'm doing the belty, dramatic title song of 'Rags' and want something to contrast it. Suggestions? Thank you!

Diva and really dry. It's getting in the way.

Sorry for the extremely late response..

Ok: diva and really dry.

The first thing that pops into my head is "A Mother's Guide to Social Drinking" from HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE by Paula Vogel.

Also look into Nicky Silver's THE ALTRUISTS. His main female character (Sydney) in it is a self-obsessed soap opera star with a 5 page monologue in the beginning of the show which can be cut down anyway you like.

Hope that helps for now!
