I'm by no means a big Jennifer Lopez fan, but her new movie, MONSTER-IN-LAW, co-starring Jane Fonda, in her first film role since coming out of semi-retirement (not to mention coming to her senses and leaving Ted Turner), actually looks to be very funny. It also co-stars Wanda Sykes, who's always an absolute scream! This just might be one Jennifer Lopez movie that's actually worth checking out. I'll see it for Jane's comeback performance alone!

Her first film in 15 years - this makes me very happy. I kind of wish the project were different, but fully understand the appeal of something light, frothy and fun - hence the Focker phenomenon! She was always one of my favorites, so I hope this leads to more for us to enjoy.
