Anderson Cooper is not out. This is the first I've heard about Sara Gilbert. When did she come out? Or is this just a speculation and rumor? Unless they are out, there is no reason why they sould be listed on this thread.

I did Gypsy with Joanne Worley in the 80's - believe me, I was surprised (pleasantly) about that one too. I also have worked with a top financial adviser who is also a lebian...but...Heather M has been very open about her sexuality. There is even a documentary about queer film where she discusses her passion for certain lesbian films, and scenes...if you know what I mean.lol.

being gay is not just about sexuality. one of the things that it's about is people who lost their partners at the Twin Towers aren't eligible for benefits because they were not married. and some of them might have chosen to be married if it was allowed.

or maybe it does. maybe if more famous people would come out, we could turn the tide on anti-gay legislation? maybe GLBT children can grow up finding heroes who they can identify with?
