I think it's Gabriel Byrne who says in an impossibly thick and phony French accent to whoever the woman in the movie was: "To love you would be to betray France, NOT to love you would be to betray my heart!" I saw that movie on a date and couldn't help but yell out "Oh PLEASE!" in the middle of the theater. It was too bad the girl liked the movie...
