Movie Title Question

I'm trying to remember a movie title, but I was so young when I saw it, I can't think of it. It was late 60s/early 70s, very bizarre comedy in which a guy owned a company that would drive people's cars long distances to their destinations while they flew in a plane. I also remember an annoying kid riding a tricycle around a lot. That is all I can remember.

Does this ring any bells with any film enthusiasts?
