DGrant, the Christopher Guest movies are some of the best movies ever made.

Be it Waiting for Guffman (I hate you and I hate your @ss face!), Best in Show (Busy Bee!), or A Mighty Wind (Ea' a' 'oe's) they're all fantastic movies.

I agree A MIGHTY WIND is a great film - it just doesn't make me laugh all the way through it like the other two. I actually thought portions of it were very poignant - and Eugene Levy's performance amazed me.

Well it's fantastic, but its hardly funny. I'm the girl who saw it twice in theaters and ended up crying both times when he comes back after finding the rose. Absolutely amazing.

OVERBOARD (Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.)

Easily, the funniest movie I've ever seen is BATMAN: THE MOVIE. It was the movie made from the campy 1960s TV show. I recommend you all track it down and watch it: it's so rediculous, it must have been on purpose.

Example: after Batman and Robin are nearly eaten by a shark in the sea, they go back to the Batcave and wonder who the criminal mastermind is (paraphrased):

BATMAN: The incident happened over the sea....Robin, what swims in the sea?
ROBIN: The Penguin! Holy fishsticks, Batman!
BATMAN: The sea, the sea....what starts with C?
ROBIN: Cat! C for Catwoman!
BATMAN: And that shark was pulling my leg....the Joker!
ROBIN: This is just one big riddle....riddleR!
BATMAN: The Riddler!
ROBIN: So they're all involved in this! The Penguin, the Joker, Catwoman, and the Riddler!

And strangely enough, they were.

It's a freakin' rediculous movie - not even Mel Brooks could come up with this stuff. A must-see!

i saw daredevil yesterday and I was laughing really hard when jennifer garner and ben afleck get into that fight and they both get stabbed and she either dies or almost dies...I didn't watch the whole thing...I thought ben affleck getting stabeed was ilariuos

Yes, The Guest Trilogy is hilarious. I love them all, but especially Waiting for Guffman.

The Village was a good movie. But I agree, those beasts were helarious and I found Adrian Brody's performance funny. (When I mean funny, I, by no means, mean bad. He was amazing.)

No, Ben Affleck isn't hot. Jennifer Lopez turned him into a sad little thing. I did think he was hot in his Chasing Amy days.
