My First Anniversary

On Friday, November 7th will mark the one year date of my gastric bypass. During this past year I have: lost 160 lbs, gone down 3 shoe sizes and two widths, have a man in my life, flew in a plane for the first time in five years, reversed heart disease, controlled type 2 diabetes, gone off half the meds that I was on, walk without a cane, left psychotherapy, no longer need a seat belt extender, gone down 4 dress sizes, and told my mother that she was narcissistic. Not bad if you ask me. Also, I am the executive director for a local theater group as well as an actor. These are all wonderful things...but the best is the man in my life!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the good wishes. I forgot to add that my boobs have shrunk so much that my 13 year old niece wears a bigger cup size then I do!! Actually, that is rather sad.

It doesn't have actual water in it....it's sort of a liquidy gel. They have them at Victoria's Secret.
