My Job

I am soooooooo ready to walk out of my job.

I work at a call center as a semi-supervisor. There is an employee who have never codes records correctly, falls asleep at his job, doesn't read the notes we leave in the records he's calling, he takes twice the amount of breaks he is allowed, and comes in 10 minutes late and leaves 10 minutes early.

And they still haven't fired him.

Now I haven't had many jobs in my life, but I assume that msot jobs would have fired him a long long time ago.

THis has been going on for at least 6 months, and my manager refuses to write him up.

Seriously.
