So I call them up last night and the following conversation ensues:

"Hello, I was wondering when you are getting Brokeback Mountain?"

"WE AIN'T GITTIN DAT! *hangs up*"

I think that's pretty funny! You should call them again and talk to them the way they talk to you. That would be fun!
