There are two ideal job in this world that I would accept in a heartbeat...
1. Rating travel pkges. and roller coasters
2. Cheesecake Taster! I am a connoiseur of snapper soup and cheesecake. The best cheescake was had be me at a lovely restuarant by the Mississippi River in Missouri. "Praline Dream Cheesecake". Creamy, dense texture, heavy, laced with carmalized pecans and heavy cream. It was enough to make me woozy.
