My suck-ass debate coach made me do affirmative for this because a bunch of bitches complained that I should do affirmative. Does anyone have statistics of why we should support West Side Stadium? I hate my debate coach! He said I could do negative but because of a bunch of stupid complainers he won't let me! I explained to him that I've been passionately agaisnt the stadium since Bloomberg brought it up, but he still won't let me do negative! The asswipe!

This guy makes me sick. He has no clue.

"The Sports and Convention Center is crucial to our tourism industry, which supports more than a quarter-million jobs. Many of them are filled by our newest New Yorkers who are ready to climb the economic ladder into the middle class. New York has to be a city of opportunity for everyone."

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

My attempt at the speech. It sucks. It almost completely plagarizes Bloomberg's.
Honored judge, diligent timekeeper, worthy opponents,
Hello. I am Bernie ------ and I am here to speak in support of West Side Stadium. The stadium would be good for many reasons. While people who oppose the stadium may say that we are spending too much money, you need need to spend money to make money, and we will certainly make money with this stadium.
The tax revenue generated by the proposed Jets stadium would cover the city's and state's costs and provide a total surplus of more than $200 million in the next three decades. The study-released by the Independent Budget Offive, a publicly funded nopartisan watchdog group-concluded that the stadium would generate $92.5 million in net revenue for the city, $98.1 million for the state and $19.4 million for the Metropolitan Transpotr Authority over the 31 years that it takes to finance the project.
The IOC Evaluation Commission said that without a sports and convention center, we won't be able to host the Olympics. Hosting the 2012 Olympics would be amazing for New York and we should do everythign we can to get that opportunity.
Bloomberg's estimate for generated revenue by the stadium is $1.4 billion. If that estimate works out, the investment now is definitely worth making.
The sports and convention center is crucial to our tourism industry, which provides more than 250,000 jobs. Many of them are filled by the newest New Yorkers, who are ready to rise up and become middle class. New York has to be a city of opportunity for everyone.

That's all I've got. I had more, bu then I realized it had nothing to do with the stadium. I know this speech sucks, but can I get some help?
