My interview with Bill Pullman

Forgive me for self-indulging, but this is my first "big" article as a reporter. Okay, so it's not so big in the grand scheme of things, but in this small town it's a big deal. I work for a small paper, it's no New York Times, but you have to start somewhere, right? Anyway, if anybody wants to read my article, here's the link:

Comments (good or bad) would be appreciated.

That was a terrific article. I enjoyed it very much.
I had the pleasure of meeting Bill when he was appearing in "The Goat, or Who is Sylvia?". He's wonderful and friendly and very down to earth while just chatting about different subjects. But put him in the role of 'movie star' and he gets very uncomfortable and nervous. He was fine with us for almost a half an hour when suddenly some kids came up and asked him for a photo and autograph. He was happy to do it for them but you could see how uncomfortable he was in doing it. (Look at my fan photos and you can see how uncomfortable he looks) He looked like he would prefer to be just about anywhere else than right there - signing their books. I sometimes think his reason for picking such unusual films is related to this desire not to be put in that celebrity role.

Thanks guys!
Mamie, he looks so awkward in that photo! There was one reporter there who asked him for a picture after the interview. To me that seemed a little unprofessional. He is extremely nice and down to earth though. His sister is actually my doctor, and apparently told him about me, so he approached me after the interview. I thought that was extremely nice.
Em, mind me asking who you get to interview?

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! Keep up the good work!
I have my first published article framed on my wall, hehe! It was in a regional sports publication, but it was one of my greatest moments!
BroadwayBoobs: I'll give all of you who weren't there a hint of who took the pictures ...it rhymes with shameless

I don't think I understand the question. I wasn't interviewing anyone - just chatting. We actually spent most of the time talking about the weather. A MAJOR storm had hit while the play was on. You could hear every crack of thunder and it felt like the walls of that theatre were going to come down. When he came out of the theatre the first thing he said was "Oh my God - what WAS THAT?" He said the actors on the stage couldn't hear each other talking.
edit: I'm sorry. I just realized you were talking to emcee!
