My rant of the day...ahhh!...

This is going to be moved to the student board -- I have no doubt. But I'll try to keep its' life here before it moves to the student board...

Today was my first day in Choir, and we watched The Sound of Music (Apparently, we're doing a montage for a concert). The teacher had us write notes and stuff like that. I tried to catch up by peering over at another girl's notes, and quickly scribbled down as much as I could onto my paper.

Then, I noticed something on her notes that really made me go, "Hey, wait a minute..." It was kind of like a list of shows Rodgers and Hammerstein composed and wrote.

Well, on the list were the usuals...and Guys and Dolls, which is clearly NOT written by Rodgers and Hammerstein.

I feel like saying something to my choir teacher on Tuesday (when I see her again), but I think it's too late to do that.

Anyway...carry on with your postings and all...

What the puck?!

It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story... AGATHA CHRISTIE, Life magazine, May 14, 1956

No, the teacher was the one who made the mistake. She put up a list of musicals R&H composed and wrote, and she put Guys and Dolls up as a musical they composed and wrote.
