NEW FIDDLER SONG

Going in this weekend I hear...

Sung to Anatevka;

A LITTLE BIT TOO PRISS, A LOT OF WEIGHT- TOO FAT
He's mean, a queen, a bitch, a rat

Someone should have thought of putting a flame in FIDDLER years ago

A wig, high heels, so what? A freak or a goon?

People who see Harvey won't even know what hit them...

Some schtick that's old, a piece of crap.

WHAT WILL WE SEE?
NOTHING GOOD
ONLY EDNA/TEVYE

EDNA/TEVYE
EDNA/TEVYE
UNDERWHELMS, OVERWEIGHT
EDNA/TEVYE
FOR CHEWING SCEN'RY HE'S THE CHAMP

EDNA/TEVYE
EDNA/TEVYE
HEY LEVEAUX, JUST SAY NO TO
EDNA/TEVYE
WHO KNEW THAT FIDDLER COULD BE CAMP?

SOON THERE'LL BE A TEVYE WHO HAS VOICE DISTRESS
DANCING THROUGH THE VILLAGE IN A DRESS

IT'S EDNA/TEVYE
EDNA/TEVYE
MORE INSANE THAN NATHAN LANE
EDNA/TEVYE
BIG EGO, LITTLE TALENT HARVEY F!

Rath...I think it's Zero...returned from the other world.

---

Malice, and absolutly insipid. Moronic, in fact.

---

I've said it before and I'll continue saying it until someone proves me wrong...I think Harvey will be an excellent Tevye. He's a wonderful actor, full of charm and humanity and warmth. I cannot imagine him "mincing" his way through this show. Any actor can "act straight" and he is no exception. I am looking forward to his portrayal.

---

Alfred Who?

---

Actually, Roger Bart, who is straight, seems more effeminate to me. Harvey does drag well, but in man's clothes, he's not particularly swishy. I mean, MY gaydar picks him up, of course, and he's no Sylvester Stallone, but he's no Nancy either!
