Does anyone know why NY apartments seem to all be hard wood floors? I've never known the reason.
Also, does anyone recommend a website for finding NY apartments?

Hardwood floors because they are versatile. You can throw rugs over them for warmth and color.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
