Anyone going to watch the race tomorrow morning? Should be a beautiful day for it! Speaking as a runner, the crowds do make a difference! I won't be running NYC, but I'll cross that bridge one of these days. (Both literally and figuratively.)

I'll be watching on TV. I hope the weather doesn't get too warm. My hubby ran the NYC marathon three times a LOOOOONG time ago - his best time was 3 hours, 15 minutes. He said the strangest thing is feeling the Narrows brdige bouncing under the impact of so many footfalls. And the hardest part used to be the river crossing into Manhattan (which bridge - I can't remember its name) before they put down carpeting because the runners were running on grating. Ouch.
