NYC Sublet

Hey kids...I may be looking for someone to sublet my room VERY soon--like the end of this week until the first week of september. Any interest out there? Touchmeinthemorning sublet from me before, so he can attest to the place--it's $450/mo in Bushwick/Ridgewood, plus elec--I also have an A/C unit in the room for the summer...Private me for more info...

BUT like I said, I may not be leaving, so this could all be moot.

I might need a place for two days: nights of June 17 and June 18...
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

I know Celia K-B's brother is looking for a place.
I'll forward him this thread and see what he says.

Yeah, but midtown, I need one to stay and pay rent...not just rent me...

re: NYC Sublet

If you'd charged a higher rate you could just pay the rent yourself while you're not there.

Well, the Craigslist headline reads 'Diminished Expectations.' And i've been told it IS quite 'Dickensian' once viewed up close.
Oh, did you mean the apartment?

"How big is it?"
"...Dickensian?"

I can read between those lines! Craig's list indeed. Where is it listed?
