The Sullivan Street Playhouse, known for housing The Fantastiks, is up for sale. Any buyers?

I'll put it on the list. As soon as I win the lotto.

Where's Mr. Roxy? This might be just his cup of tea.

I've also heard you can buy the Brooklyn Bridge. ![]()

It is very small. My theater tastes gravitate toward the 2,000 seat plus palaces. If I had the money, I would buy one & renovate it but alas the money is not there.

It's that damn cab fare increase.
Hey Namo, the cab fare increase does not affect me. The only time I use one is once a year when my wife & I go on vacation. The fare increase has no effect on me . They will complain they want more money but if you do not go where you want to go or it is a short fare, they drive by you so I have no sympathy. It would also help if, when you stepped in a cab , if the cab drivers knew where they were going.
Besides, it would take many cab fares to buy a big old theater
If i won the lottery i would buy it and Produce Secrets.
But i am poor and broke so nope.

Screw the size of the theatre, how big is the casting couch?

Why don't we all chip in and turn it into the BroadwayWorld.Com Rep Theater? That way I can direct vestpocket productions of all my favorite plays. The following week someone else can do the same! I think it's an amazing idea.

And now you've put another two cents in. That makes four whole cents. Another penny and you'll have a nickle.
