Posted: 2/22/05 at 5:30pmOk, I just got a letter saying I've been denied admission into the college of arts and sciences, but admitted into NYU's General Studies Program. Is this a good thing or bad thing? What is GSP? Can any NYU students out there who got into the College of Arts and Sciences shed some light as to whether GSP students are looked down upon?

but my program releases admissions separately from all the undergrad programs.

Which makes sense, but I bet you've developed selective vision and "NYU Admissions" is all you see.

I see UBC and U of M...I wish I could see UNB and Dalhousie, but it ain't gonna happen if I don't hand in these applications on time.
