I thought the same thing also.Some wingnut see's the title and nods in agreement at how great of an idea that is. Hell, we can attach Sarah Palin's name to it and people will actually think it's true!

I think it is very plausible that the ring wingnuts could get a law passed requiring aborting mothers to sign some sort of death certificate for the fetus. The wingnuts are all about paperwork, plus the whole imposition of a further guilt complex introduced into the abortion situation, as if the mothers didn't have enough to deal with, is right up their religious-right alley. Scary but true.
