Hopefully these guys can bring back some of the Muppets wit and charm that has been sorely lacking in their recent offerings. Gone are the days of Jerry Juhl!

Frank Oz is a big time director now. He probably won't be doing much other then supplying the voices. Others now puppeteer in his place .
Since Jim passed away I feel Muppets offerings have lacked the spark they once had. Many of the people who comprised the talent pool of those first films we remember so dearly have either passed away or moved on.
IMHO the Henson kids who took over. lacked the vision of their father and the company as a whole sunk into a shambles. It is a good thing that Disney stepped in and bought what remained of the vast Henson character library. Maybe this new writer/director team can breathe new life into these characters.
