re: New TV Season Review/Preview - What Have You Seen, What Do You Want to

An old man who was at the movies this weekend told me to watch Justice because his son was in it. I'll try to catch next week's Justice then.

The only thing I care to see is Studio 60. I see a potential watercooler question: "So, do you watch 30 Rock or Studio 60?"

And, as always LOST!! October 4th can't get here fast enough.
No one is alone.

Has anyone noticed that the actor Jonathan Penner is on Survivor this season?

I wouldn't mind if he walked around naked a bit.

"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter

Thank God for a house with 3 TiVos re: New TV Season Review/Preview - What Have You Seen, What Do You Want to

Scrubs and My Name is Earl are shows I'll watch if I have time--I buy all the seasons of Scrubs, so I don't mind if I don't catch them when they initially air.

And I will always watch Veronica Mars live and TiVo House. Always.

Yahoo is streaming the pilot for Heroes (which doesn’t premiere until next Monday). I got about two-thirds of the way through the episode and my computer froze up, but what I saw was pretty good. It’s not quite there yet, but this first episode shows a lot of promise. The cast is wonderful, with Milo Ventimiglia (whom I couldn’t have hated more on Gilmore Girls) a surprising standout. I’m a little disappointed that Greg Grunberg doesn’t seem to be in the pilot (love that guy!).

Caught The Class tonight (which I thought was wonderful) and Studio 60 (which was less so...yeah, the writing was smart, it was well-acted, but I wasn’t particularly drawn to any of those characters...I’ll probably give it a few more episodes to grab me, though).

Yeah, I pretty much mapped out my whole schedule today during 4th period. Mind you, some of it is being TiVoed since they appear at the same time.

30 Rock

RETURNING SHOWS-
How I Met Your Mother
