I'm wondering if any of you native New Yorkers can help me figure this out.
Long Version:
In Massachusetts our first license expires on our 21st Birthday...tomorrow is my birthday and I just went online to fill out the form, and it asked me if my license had been suspended in Massachusetts or any other state. Two years ago I was driving into New York and I got pulled over coming off of the Triboro Bridge for not having a seatbelt on (I had worn my seatbelt the entire ride, took it off to get money out of my pocket to pay the toll, and put it back on at the red light at the bottom of the bridge). Anyway, the Police Officer gave me a $190 citation that I appealed, but did not hear back on. It has been two years, I've called and e-mailed several times to no avail, and my license has been suspended in New York, which until now, I haven't found to be a huge deal, because I take just take the Metronorth from CT...but that's beside the point.
Short Version:
What I need to know is this, is there a way to pay this type of ticket online or over the phone? ...Or if I go to the Mass DMV tomorrow, will I be able to pay my ticket there?
Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

Happy Birthday, babe!
haha thanks
So I'm assuming that you're having problems renewing your license in MA? Have you contacted the MA DMV? Maybe explain to them your situation and see what they have to say.
Happy birthday by the way!
