When will it ever end? IMHO, this case will never be solved. Kelly is a douchebag, anyway...loves the fake publicity for the nypd...

It probably won't end, but I wish it would, if nothing else then to finally let the family close the book on his death.
My deceased partner's sister in Law died on 9/11, I see first hand how not having the very tangible proof and comfort or some sort of remains hinders closing the door on a chapter in life.
