So I was watching some "E Entertainment" show on kids who have too much money, and of course one of the segments was on Nicole Richie and they asked her what else she wanted to do with her career and she said, are you ready for this? "Broadway" and then said "I love to dance and sing so I think Broadway is a great place for me" I am not sure if I can see her on Broadway but hey maybe that is just me. What do you think?

The funniest part of the first Paris video was she kept looking up to her boyfriend while she was [explitive] him and saying "do you love me, baby?" and he kept saying "yea, baby" while he was thinking about duping and selling the tape.

i'm all for bashing people I've never met, but usually only when they've done something offensive to me, like coming to Broadway to prove how legit they are, but wind up proving the opposite. My point? I like Nicole Richie, she's a funny gal and has yet to prove that she isn't a fantastic singer and dancer. So you never know! Hating on someone just cause they have money is weak sauce indeed.

sadly, millie, for people with a big enough name, it does mean that. even 1 out of 3 seems to be acceptable now. doesn't mean they deserve to be there, but they can make it into one of the shows that's taken the new casting approach that seems to think a famous name can fill in for any of the 3 formerly-important skills. If you can't find a big enough theatre name to sing and dance AND act the character, find a big name singer who can SORTA mimic the character. If you can't find that, find anyone with rhythm and a HUGE NAME big enough to cancel out the need for a character."

As for Nicole, I have no idea if she's any good. I just felt Rodney was being rather harsh for not much reason. Mainly, I think someone's having money is a bad reason to hate them.

Guess what? If you haven't noticed, there are people who AREN'T famous or known outside of the theater world who aren't all that talented either, and they get lead roles on Broadway.

ok, slightly off topic, but i'll go ahead anyway. Does anyone else think that there is no way that Nicole Ritchie is really white? Biracial I'd go for. Lionel apparently had a couple of white friends who couldn't care for their baby so they gave her to he and his wife. I find this all slightly suspicious, since she doesn't really look to be totally caucasian. I think Lionel impregnated someone .... and this was how they worked it all out. Just my guess. I could be wrong.
