Nixed by Clay Aiken tour

So these ppl from the Clay Aiken "Joyful Noise" contact a guy I know who runs a community theater company saying they need members to back Clay up for 3 songs in the concert. He scrambles to get interest, which I was so interested in. We make all these plans. The Clay people call. One community theater took all the spots. Something like this screams injustice!

Your friend got lucky. The concert really sucks. They probably want him for one of their little pseudo-musical theater vignettes. Its truly awful.

My brother spent a whole week trying to sell me Clay Aiken tickets. The night of the concert, he tells me he just got them for a few dollars, when he had been trying to scalp his own brother, by selling them for $40 each. So, he just offers to give them to me because he couldn't sell them to anyone, but it was too late and I couldn't find a way to go.

I hate my brother.

Anyway, I got his Christmas CD last Christmas, but never listened to it because. . . you know, Christmas was over. I've started listening to it now, though and I heart him.

I know this could not sound more teeny-bopper, but. .
