I heard about this...I love how detailed the guy gets. I love Verizon's coverage, but that's about it. I can't stand their customer (dis)service and crappy phones. Great way to stick it to 'em:)

This is no surprise. There are so many loopholes with things like credit cards it comes down to how good your lawyer is. What it comes down to is these contracts are not exactly legal and companies often step outside of them.


I heard this on CNN recently (off topic), if your house is going to be foreclosed on and you want to stop them from taking you to court ask them to show you the original contract. The onus is on the bank and most banks have terrible bookkeeping, I think its like 80% can't show actual proof and will renegotiate with you right there.
