Okay, horrible reality television aside, I think that Rocco DiSpirito is one of the most amazing chefs out there. And now he's just been "let go" from his second restraunt this year!
AND they're just going to close down Union Pacific (which honestly is fine considering that Laurent has said that his menu for UP will be "simple").
Union Pacific was my all time favorite restaurant!
Sorry, needed a place to stand under the train and yell and I figured this was as good a place as any.
