No on-line Sunday? Because of "MyDoom"

Do we really have to stay off line tomorrow, because of the "My Doom" worm? Brian Williams on NBC said to avoid the web on Sunday, when Mydoom hits bigtime. I have Windows XP, and my Norton was updated this past week. Plus, AOL keeps saying they've handled this insidious worm. We all know AOL would NEVER lie.

But if there are any smarter hackers here, who can warn-slash-reassure us, please give us news tonight. I used to be virus oblivious, until I had the Trojan Horse (twice) and the one last summer, which name escapes me. Now I use all firewalls, and renew my Nortons with ritualistic discipline.

hah! my imac and i taunt the mydoom virus! but i really wish they'd get it under control as i am sick of getting unsolicited emails from the far flung reaches of the earth that look like responses but in fact are actually carefully crafted fakes tempting me to invite the virus into my healthy home. well, i won't have it, i tell you! i refuse to cave into these hackers!
