I was watching an arts channel, and on came "Dance of the Hours" by Ponchielli. I immediately thought of the novelty song "Hello Muddah, Hello Fuddah" by Allan Sherman. Anyone else remember other songs like "Witch Doctor"? I used to have an album (yes, an album) full of songs like that and would sit for hours enjoying them.

It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story... AGATHA CHRISTIE, Life magazine, May 14, 1956

I hear the Whitch Doctor everyday on the radio for the morning games. I know all the words!
My favortie song ever being "The Name Game."

Come on everybody!
I say now let's play a game
I betcha I can make a rhyme out of anybody's name
The first letter of the name, I treat it like it wasn't there
But a B or an F or an M will appear
And then I say bo add a B then I say the name and Bonana fanna and a
fo
And then I say the name again with an F very plain
and a fee fy and a mo
And then I say the name again with an M this time
and there isn't any name that I can't rhyme
