Somehow this was predictable. Hillary needs to take what she can get out of the deal, the State Dept, and right Condi's numerous wrongs.

Ted Kennedy and Tom Daschle are not going to let her play in the healthcare reform sandbox.

With his first 2 picks, he is going for old faces & not new. His Atty gen pick was the one who helped in the Clinton pardon of Marc Rich. Not a great thing to have on your resume

Maybe his next picks will show some of the "change" he campaigned on.

Although I disagree with Kennedy on mostly everything, I feel sorry for what he is going thru & hs family. The "he should die" remark is a bit over the top.

He is picking people that he fees can help his administration. It's more important to have people with experience than someone new who has no clue what time of day it is.

With his picks it does not mean that they will not deliver change. It's his cabinet, he was elected to bring about change and his picks will have to follow his lead to make that change happen.

How exactly is you laughing at it being said that somebody else should "die already" an example of you being able to "take a joke," Kasie?

If somebody said, "Kasie, you should die a horrible death from brain cancer that requires your loved ones to feed you as you defecate in your own bed" and you laughed at that, THEN you could say you were taking a joke.

I'm trying to understand how this might have been intended to be humorous, and, although I am pretty good at seeing things from different perspectives, I can't, for the life of me, figure out how a comment like this can be interpreted as "amusing" in any way.
