Obama arrested in AZ! (in 2011)

A trip into the possible future....

(Phoenix, AZ) President Barack Obama was arrested today during a speech in Arizona by a Phoenix police officer with known ties to the birther movement.

The officer arrested Obama based on a law signed in 2010 that requires state and local police to determine the status of people if there is "reasonable suspicion" that they are illegal immigrants and to arrest people who are unable to provide documentation proving they are in the country legally.

Obama, who does not carry citizenship papers on him, and despite being born in Hawaii, was taken in handcuffs to a Phoenix jail for processing.

Rasmussen reports like 70% of us are apparently really proud of this particularly lovely piece of legislation.
The Democrats, with the help of a few clear thinking Republicans got crafty last year to kill this crap. Have been down at the Capitol for week trying to kill it, all week trying to force the veto. So now apparently it's off to the courts. We will kill it, so says my favorite guy in this effed up state, so it shall happen.

Just a heads up ....there's worse stuff coming, they are up tomorrow, keep your fingers crossed, I have a series with a few of the moderate Republican. Meanwhile, the GOP leadership after setting off this nuclear bomb is trying to sine dine this Legislative session early on Thursday. Cowards.
