Off-Broadway show "Her Song" comes to Long Island Friday

For Long Islanders, I wanted to let you know that an expanded version of "Her Song," which has been playing at the Birdland Jazz Club, will be performed on Friday, October 20th at the Jeanne Rimsky Theater at Landmark on Main Street in Port Washington. The show has a cast of four women who perform the songs of master female songwriters through the decades. The composers include Billie Holliday, Carole King, Peggy Lee, Marilyn Bergman, Donna Summer, Edith Piaf, Dorothy Fields and Carly Simon.
