also, a friend of mine has started a broadway web site, there Featured Performers for July are the four guys from Jersey Boys and featured show is also Jersey Boys, you guys should all check the site out, it also has a forum. come and join!

lol what do you think of this? jerseyboysbroadway.com has now set up a myspace and they sent me this message to day.

Here is what they wrote

There are many images and logos on your My Space page that are copy written and you do not have permission to use. All usage of the Jersey Boys logo must be cleared before usage. All images of the Jersey Boys logo and the use of the 4 leads in the logo image must be removed from your site. If you would like to request usage of images and which images are appropriate please e-mail info@JerseyBoysBroadway.com with a list of images you would like to use. The request will be considered and images will be provided.

Many of your logos and images are also out of date. You can see the actual images on the official Jersey Boys site, www.JerseyBoysBroadway.com

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

This is what I am going to write back

I wrote jerseyboysbroadway way a while ago and they said that I could not use any pictures from there web site, and I haven't, all of the picture that I have to have permission, permission from the owners of broadwayworld where I get most of my pictures and I have permission from John Lloyd Young.

All of the picture that I have I have gotten from broadway.com, broadwayworld.com, jersey-boys.org, johnlloydyoung.com, google pictures and yahoo pictures.

I am not selling the pictures or or saying they are mine

John Lloyd Young sent this to me after I asked him to look at my site

It looks great! I don't see any problem using those pictures. I'm sure it's good for everybody for them to get out there as much as possible.

Yes and this is what they said

Many of the unauthorized images have been removed from your site. Any images with the guys in the gray suites are the property of Jersey Boys and should not be used without permission. Any use of the images of the guys from the back, the one used on the site, must be cleared with Jersey Boys. Please remove all the images of the 4 guys in the gray suites and any images of them from behind. Please e-mail info@JerseyBoysBroadway.com for information on which images can be used on MySpace. Please correspond with the official show site in regards to usage.

Here is what I wrote back this time

OMG what should should it matter, hello I am helping the show. so what if I scaned my playbill on to my computer I would be aloud to use it because it is the logo? it is my playbill. what about if I wanted to use my picture of them in theregray suites that I have from them that is autographed? would I be aloud to use it.

Ok I have sent a message to the show site, but I still think this whole thing is stupid.

I have a question. I'm trying to get all the Jersey Boys Podcasts, but everytime I try to download the old ones it only gives me the two most recent ones. Anyone know how to get the other ones? Or are there only two?

I dont know about downloading I just listen to them on there site. I you still dont have it you should e-mail Steve and ask him, I have his e-mail if you need it.

Well so far this summer all I have done is make $135 baby sitting, and spend a lot of my time in the pool.

Cool I would love to go to Paris and London, I hope you have fun, are you planing on going to any shows while you are on London?

So far this summer I have been relaxing while getting ready for the SAT in October.I also went to Ney York to go see Light in the Piazza and Spamalot where I was in A101 and I was draged on stage. It was fun!

I'm glad to hear everyones summer is going well. I have been working nonstop, but I got a day off next week and I'm going to see Jersey Boys (for the 7th time!) and the Wedding Singer. Should be fun. Perhaps if I see John at the stage door I should tell him about his love thread?

Don't think I won't tell him about it!! Even though I've only met him twice at the stage door, he knows who I am, and always starts off any conversation we have with, "how's that baby boy doing?" and we just chat about life. So I wouldn't feel out of place telling him about this....

Wow I never knew how many jersey boy fans there were, I run the fan site for them on myspace and I have have got almost 300 friends.

I'm so sorry that I didn't answer your question! Well because the grail was under my seat I was brought on stage where I won an award for being the best peasent in all of New Yor City. I got an award in shape of a foot and had my picture taken with the cast on stage. I still haven't scaned the picture yet but once I do I will post it!
