Who started the trend of saying each word slowly and deliberately? Was it Matthew Perry on "Friends"?
And do you prefer this way or the Valley Girl way of "ohmigawd!"

I don't remember the SNL, but I do remember Janice saying it like that.
I prefer that to the Valley Girl way.
