A while back, a gal called a local radio station and said her name was Barbara Terpinas - pronounced "Ter-PEE-nas". Problems arose at work, where her boss would say things like, "Have you met Miss Terpinas?" "I'd like to see Miss Terpinas right away", etc.

This sort of thing was funny 25 years ago when Howard Stern did it originally.

The Soup did a segment on a news report about Mike Hawk that made me laugh like a 5th grader.
