Wouldn't your orthopedist be better equipped to point you in the right direction? Not being sarcastic here, just curious. Also, why would you need to seek treatment from someone who a dancer or performer sees? You seem to have very specific medical concerns and issues.

I think you should see an herbalist first. Just my two cents.
Yeah, I got some appts. pending. It's just that I started out at PAPT last yr, before the Ins. Co. mercilessly cut me off...just when I was starting to make progress, It was 1 block from my home (convenient). It's very difficult to travel eastside, long distances, etc. because I have pain when sitting down. I also cannot climb stairs yet. Just wondering which local places have really good clinical P/t (w.a prescrip from the MD.) Thanks for any input.

I remember Corine had to deal with some pretty serious mobility restrictions a few years back. It sounded, and sounds, like a nightmare.

You should ask your insurance company about eligibility for at home visits. Years ago, my father was entitled to a (set) number of home visits from a nurse and a physical therapist.
