Last week a bipartisan investigation into Troopergate ruled that she had abused her power and broken ethic laws.
Palin, the other day, spoke to crowds citing that she was relieved to be cleared of all wrong doing"
As one of NY's morning papers states "She's just going by the cardinal rule: When all else fails, act like it just didn't happen"
The GOP writes history the way they see it. Facts do not matter.Troopergate is a pretty big deal and my guess is Sarah is hoping she gets into the White House so she can make this scandal disappear. Worked for Cheney so she feels it will work for her.Scary times.
What I want to know is why every paper in the country isn't running a front page headline saying, "PALIN ABUSED POWER, NOW TELLING BOLD-FACED LIES ABOUT REPORT FINDINGS." Why is the MSM afraid to do any actual reporting?
This is a typical Rovian tactic. Run with your weakness as a strength and lie about it. Basically her answers fog the issue. We STILL haven't heard her explain why she continues to lie about the "Bridge to nowhere."
It's more or less a complex issue and the American public has a really hard time getting "it." Our media sucks and this shouldn't come as any surprise to people that pay attention.

So spaketh she, so maketh true.
There will be no more questions.
OK, less than 3 weeks to go and Palin has not appeared once on any of the Sunday morning talk shows.Whats this BITCH hiding?
It's because of 1 or 2 things.
1. The campaign is afraid she will be called out on tape as a liar.
2. She really IS too stupid, the cram sessions didn't take and Obama gets points and cash everytime she speaks on the TV.
Based on her own private "alternate universe" of reality, I'm surprised she's not just thanking us all in her speeches for electing her president of the United States.

Um, she is just like you and me. Have YOU ever been on Meet the Press or Face the Nation? Uh-huh, so I thought. Typical elitists.

Well, she actually doesn't want to meet the press OR face the nation.
I don't know what kind of pathology is going on there. How do you, after being found guilty of ethics violations, just come out and say that you haven't? When the report is there for the world to see? How do you say you have been cleared of ethical wrongdoing? What type of hubris is that? It would have been fine if she said she adamantly opposes the findings, that she felt they were wrong. Anyone could understand (or expect) that type of reaction. What the hell is wrong with this woman? I think she really thinks God wants her to go to the head of the line...that she's destined for and deserves this. Facts don't matter when you have faith.

The Katie Courac - Palin interview did a lot of damage for the Republicans and they have been trying to carefully control every encounter Palin has had with the the media ever since.
One of Hitler's propaganda strategies was to repeat something over and over again until the public finally believes it.

I'm LOL @ the "WHA?" in the title....I don't know why.
Anyway, she is truly delusional.
Yeah Stockard, when I read it I hear Chris Griffen saying it!
Wouldn't you love for Obama to say to the press, "I'm thrilled to hear that Sarah Palin is being indicted for misconduct."
And when challenged, he could go, "Oh, I thought we were just, you know, saying stuff."
LOL!!
Reg - Brilliant!
I just saw a CNN article saying Tina Fey has been doing more interviews about her Palin than Palin has done actual interviews. That's CRAZY and it's not like she couldn't get booked on a show.
Maybe Ms. Palin believes in the "Wicki-ality" of it all.I mean, I use to have some sort of respect for McCain, but he lost that with this loony a heart beat away from the Oval Office. (Not that he had a chance of my vote to begin with!)

Funny thing is, McCain was the Republican candidate out of the bunch that I was most okay with early on.
He's not John McCain anymore...
Doodle, I couldn't agree more.
I think we are all in agreement with that one.

I seriously used to respect John McCain back when was honest and before he jeapordized our future by nominating a twit to be VP.
I hope he has a nervous breakdown after he loses, he deserves it for treating "average" Americans as fools and idiots.
Or kicks the sh!t out of all his advisers and handlers.
