Parsons School of Design

My partner graduated from Parsons HS of design.......and we've heard that the NYC school district wants to close it. Any more news on this? Anyone heard anything.....

What I find odd, is that his Mom still lives in Peter Cooper Village......as she has for almost 50 years...talk about rent control!

That would be sad if it closed! I visited it on my trip to New York, and it sounded really cool, but it was a good thing I visited because I realized that it really wasn't for me. But it seemed to be a really good school.
