We have two private collection dvd's full of wonderful Pearl Bailey stuff. I will have to pop it in again tonight since all this stuff is on it.

And JohnBoy... I worked for 6 years at the 20th century Fox lot and I am very well educated on the studios history. No need for the lecture. I stand by my statement.

I wasn't lecturing. And, we must know one another, because I worked there, too. Also at Paramount.

I do not miss the drive to Pico at all. I love the Paramount lot. you can breathe the history.

Hmmm. Did Pearl Bailey have aa home in Los Angeles?

The Valley and no. That was a while ago. Think Pearl ever commuted from the Valley and sang Dolly at the same time? ( PalJoey is watching)

I used to love the "Third Act" that Pearl and Cab Calloway did after the show was over. That's when she named the youngsters who were in the audience her "teeny weenies".
