Posted: 1/27/08 at 1:09pmIt ended really abruptly. I would've liked a nicer close to the narrative. I don't think ending it there does anything for the theme at all, either.

Posted: 1/27/08 at 1:36pmI loved the grandma, but I feel like the autobiographical tone didn't really work for it. Marjane just wasn't a compelling protagonist.
