I have worked on the telephone in various jobs for thirty years.
I hate the telephone. I hate cell phones. I'd much rather write a thank you note than make a thank you call. Email has been a godsend for me.
My home phone bill is usually only 25 bucks.
Ask anyone who works on the phone. They're the same.
